Answer: Without insurance all reservations are non refundable and non changeable.
With insurance the trip is covered up to 80% of the total trip cost minus the cost of the insurance

Answer: Depending on what the special needs are, we can call the cruise line or hotel to request a handicapped
accessible room, with flights we can request a handicapped accessible row
Question: What is a cruise onboard credit or OBC?
Answer: An on board credit is a credit that can be used on the trip to cover drinks, spa treatments & excursions
Question: What documents do guest need to travel?
Answer: Travel within the US requires either a Real state ID, or a passport for travelers 18 years or older,
for international travel all guests regardless of age need a valid passport and in some
cases a travel visa as well depending on the destination
Question: What documents do guests need to take a cruise?
Answer: For international sailings, All guest will need a valid US passport and in some cases a Visa may be required.
For cruises sailing from a US port and returning to the same US port guest 18+ years old can use a valid US passport
or a Real Drivers License and original birth certificate. Guests under 18 years old can use a original birth certificate
Question: Destination Wedding rules?
Answer: In most destinations the bride and groom will need to be in the country or island for at least 2-3 full days before the ceremony to get married legally. If not they can proceed with a ceremony but it will not be a legal wedding
Question: Group cruise bookings?
Answer: A group cruise booking usually has a minimum requirement of 8 rooms, guests will have a specific date for
the 1st deposit then another date for a 2nd deposit, after that then the final payment is due. Group cruises
sometimes give amenity points that the guest can use for some special activities on board

Answer: Infant (lap child) An infant is a child under the age of two traveling on the lap of an adult. An infant must be under the age of two for the duration of the vacation. You will also have the option to purchase a seat for an Infant

International air taxes and fees may apply and will vary by airline and destination.
